Meet the newest members of the Trisolute News Dashboard team.

We’ve added a few new faces to our German and U.S. offices and welcomed back a familiar face.

Zoeb Rajkotwalla – U.S.

In December 2021, we welcomed Zoeb Rajkotwalla as our Customer Success and Growth Manager. He will be in charge of revenue optimization and post-sales service and offers support to existing customers in North and South America, ASEAN countries, and Asia. Zoeb brings to Trisolute an extensive 18+ years of experience as a leader focused on techno-functional expertise within strategic go-to-market initiatives, product development, sales execution, & key partnerships and has been integral to driving high-level revenue increases. Zoeb is passionate about utilizing his multifaceted leadership expertise while optimizing business results through advanced business development tactics, client success, & strategic relationship building. We’re very happy to have Zoeb as a part of the Trisolute News Dashboard. 

In March, we added two new members to our team: Jennifer Helmig in our German office and Carrzi Dominguez in our U.S. office.

Jennifer Helmig – Germany

Jennifer is a working student here at Trisolute. As a member of the service team, Jennifer gets to work with customers to help match the tool to their wishes alongside her colleagues. Currently, Jennifer focuses mainly on contributing to the blog which she regularly writes posts for and on our social media channels. She has helped breathe new life into our Instagram account with her fresh designs and fun memes. Jennifer is in the middle of earning her master’s degree in Social Sciences, where she performs multiple empirical analyses which have helped her tackle the tool analysis here at Trisolute. Welcome to the team, Jennifer!

Carrzi Dominguez – U.S.

Carrzi is an account manager here at Trisolute and works directly with our users providing support for new and existing customers in North and South America as well as Australia. In addition to working with our customers, Carrzi helps the marketing team by assisting with planning and creating content across all our social media platforms and contributing to the blog. Carrzi holds a master’s degree in sports journalism and has an extensive background in education as a former teacher and curriculum writer. She lends her experience in broadcast journalism to producing video content for Trisolute’s YouTube channel as well as crafting tutorials for our Spanish speaking customers. We’re excited to have her on the team!

Anna Knaup – Germany

Finally, a familiar face has returned after to Trisolute. Anna Knaup is a junior Customer Success Manager here at Trisolute and is based in Germany. Anna focuses on customer satisfaction, gaining valuable insights to help improve the tool. When she’s not working directly with our customers, Anna brings her journalism experience to the team as a writer and contributes to our blog. Anna has a bachelor’s degree in journalism where she empirically studied search engine optimization and completed a journalistic traineeship at WirtschaftsWoche where she was trained as an editor. Even with all these accomplishments, she’s not done yet. Outside of work, she is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Journalism. We’re so happy to have Anna back with us!
